Patil group has a functional reporting structure which is uniform across all its factories as well as Corporate Head quarters. Corporate Headquarters is located in Hyderabad, India where the entire Corporate Strategy and planning for the group happens. The supporting functions to Operations which are Supply chain management, HR & Learning , finance and accounts are located in Headquarters. All factories have a structure that is similar to Corporate office led by competent managers.
